Description: The contractor shall provide a recurring supply of AHU filters. Filter specifications – brand name or equal to: Camfil Farr 30/30 MERV 8-A Filter: High-capacity, medium-efficiency pleated panel filter featuring a synthetic fiber blend that maintains MERV 8-A efficiency without electrical charges. A radial pleat design geometry designed specifically to minimize pressure drop while maximizing dust-holding capacity, supported by a moisture-resistant beverage board frame bonded to a welded wire grid to prevent delamination, bowing or media sag in high-humidity or variable-velocity systems. These features must be met by any “equal” product. Camfil Airflow Pak Riga-Flow Metal Frame: Rigid box-style filter made from 100% synthetic polypropylene media, rigid box construction with a minimum 26-gauge galvanized steel frame with metal support stabilizers and an expanded metal faceguard for extreme structural rigidity. Explicit prohibition: No V-Cell style filters or any other model using ABS plastic housing, as an all-metal frame is required for high-temperature durability and melt-resistance. See attached file.
