Imjin Parkway Habitat Management Lands Maintenance Services On-Call Contract 2026 (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Provide on-call workforce for maintenance of 61.5 acres of habitat management lands (hml) south of parkway. In general, the work includes, but is not limited to, non-native tree and vegetation removal and disposal; trash removal and disposal; vertical mulching (i.e, placement of live or dead plant material at trailheads to camouflage trails and prevent trespass); and fence, signage, and gate maintenance. The work requires implementation of avoidance and minimization measures to minimize impacts to sensitive biological resources and regular coordination with the project biologist, who will manage and monitor activities to ensure avoidance and minimization measures are implemented.
