Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: \r \r Associated ground storage reservoir rehabilitation work includes: \r •Removal and replacement of selected reservoir appurtenances, including three (3) roof vents and two (2) bolted shell manway gaskets. \r •Removal of the existing obstruction light and cathodic protection system and associated hardware. \r •Installation of four (4) painter safety T-rails, coating holiday testing plates, nameplate t-brackets, two (2) new 24-inch roof manways, and caulking of approximately 400 exposed bolts. \r •Interior wet-surface steel repairs, grout repairs, abrasive blast cleaning, and recoating of interior reservoir surfaces. \r •Exterior spot abrasive blast cleaning and recoating, including containment measures. \r •Mobilization, site restoration, and all incidental work necessary to complete the project. \r \r Associated booster pump station rehabilitation work includes: \r Removal and replacement of three (3) existing pumps and motors in the existing Booster pump station. \r \r Associated electrical work includes: \r •Demolition and replacement of the existing service entrance disconnect. \r •Installation of a new exterior wall-mounted utility CT metering cabinet and replacement of all motor control center (MCC) sections. \r •Installation of a new distribution panelboard with feeder breakers serving three pump variable frequency drives (VFDs), two unit heaters, one cooling unit, and one transformer. \r •Installation of wall-mounted VFDs for three pumps. \r •Installation of a new wall-mounted transformer and panelboard, complete with a main circuit breaker and branch circuits to serve existing facility loads.
