Description: The Lowell Housing Authority is soliciting bids from qualified HVAC/mechanical contractors for work at properties it owns or manages. The scope includes removing, replacing, installing, testing, and placing into service boilers, domestic water heaters, and associated hot-water storage tanks. It also calls for three years of preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, cleaning, adjustments, minor service, emergency response, and related work on boilers, heating and domestic-hot-water equipment, controls, pumps, and associated mechanical systems.
