HVAC Improvements at Elementary School. Electrical Service Upgrades: The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of the existing main building electrical switch gear. The existing system is beyond its useful life, in disrepair and undersized to adequately provide power to a modern building. The electrical service will be upgraded and properly sized to supply power to the existing building with the addition of modern-day technology and the introduction of Air Conditioning. HVAC Upgrades: The existing system is obsolete, beyond its useful life and non-operable. The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to building wide upgrades and the installation of a new High Efficiency HVAC systems that include heat, ventilation, air conditioning, exhaust, ductwork, and piping. New equipment includes, but it not limited to Classroom Unit Ventilators, Packaged Heating and Cooling Systems.
