To provide filters for HVAC equipment according to the specifications; to be delivered three times annually to each building. Length of Contract: January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, with an option to extend three years through December 31, 2029; upon written agreement of both parties.

Upgrade its HVAC and BMS Systems at the High School. Seeks to identify a qualified Contractor(s) to provide a complete upgrade solution including but not limited to the HVAC unit ventilators and BMS upgrades, installation and repair work, all documents required for permits and inspections, shipping, storage, demolition and removal as a result of the upgrades, hazardous material removal, maintenance documentation, utility rebates, warranty, and all of the products and services required to upgrade HVAC equipment to meet building code requirements. The following facilities are included in the HVAC and BMS Upgrades. See attached file.
