Install Well Pump RFP
Install an irrigation well pump and verify that the system meets operational requirements. The contractor shall furnish and install a complete 30-horsepower pumping plant, including 4" galvanized discharge piping and electrical wiring. The pump shall provide a discharge capacity of not less than 200 gallons per minute. The system shall be capable of operating against a total dynamic head of approx. 400 feet. The existing pump has been removed and is ready for installation of new pump. After installation, the contractor shall operate and test the well to confirm proper functionality and verify that the pump meets the required minimum flow rate of 200-gpm. The contractor shall run the irrigation reel using water supplied from the well to confirm adequate flow and pressure for irrigation operations.
