Pole Barn - Request for Proposals
Construction of a pole barn structure featuring a 20' long x 40' wide size, three 12-foot-wide bays, a 15-foot vertical clearance, a 2-foot roof overhang, fully enclosed ends for parking/driving equipment through, and a 20'x40' reinforced concrete slab (minimum 6 inches thick with proper site preparation, compaction, and grading). Additional requirements include a 20-pound snow load, obtaining permits, site cleanup, and area restoration.
