Homeowner Repairs – Contractor Pool

Description: The City of Indianapolis Department of Metropolitan Development solicits statements of qualifications to establish an on-call contractor pool to perform homeowner repair services across multiple trades (general contracting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lead/asbestos remediation, roofing, radon/mold services) for CDBG- and City-funded projects.
