Home and Community Based Services – Adult Mental Health

Description: Hhsc is seeking applications to establish contract(s) for the provision of home and community-based services - adult mental health (hcbs-amh) for adults with a diagnosis of serious mental illness and have a history of at least one of the following additional criteria: long-term psychiatric hospitalization(s); frequent arrests and psychiatric crisis; and frequent emergency department (ed) visits and psychiatric crisis.
