Holly Oak Mobile Home Park Utility Improvements RFP

Description: Work includes approx 2,700 LF of 8" water lines and associate valves by open-cut method, 4 fire hydrants; 70 water meters & pits; 7,000 LF of water service line, connection to existing waterline; 2,365 LF of 8" gravity sewer by open-cut method; 7 precast concrete sewer manholes; 7,000 LF sewer laterals, 70 sewer clean outs, connection to existing manhole, and abandonment of 35 septic tanks; as well as restoration including paving, maintenance of traffic and other miscellaneous/ancillary related work.
