The requirement includes cellular cameras with live video, solar power, infrared night vision, real-time alerts, and integration with propane scare cannons or optional pyrotechnic launchers for non-lethal protection of aquaculture facilities. Wildlife Dominion Management, LLC is identified as the original manufacturer and proposed contractor because its proprietary parts, software, and support capabilities are not available from other vendors.
