Hoffman Hill Reservoir Recoating and Seismic Upgrades RFP

Description: Perform surface preparation and recoating the exterior of 3.5 mg Hoffman Hill reservoir located near the intersection of Packwood Avenue and Foreman Road. Work includes replacement of seismic actuated valve system, additional roof vent, ner level gauge, and revisions to access platform. Work under this Contract includes surface preparation and recoating the exterior of the 3.5 Million Gallon Hoffman Hill Reservoir located near the intersection of Packwood Avenue and Foreman Road. The reservoir is a ground-level, welded steel storage tank that was constructed in 1999. The tank is 24 feet tall and 160 feet in diameter. The interior of the reservoir was recoated in 2019. Work also includes replacement of a seismic actuated valve system, additional roof vent, new level gauge, and revisions to the access platform includes 5,300 SF removal of mill scale, 1 LS reservoir exterior prep and recoat, 1 LS reservoir containment, 165 LF grout removal and repair.
