Hoffer 12mg Clearwell #1 Engineering Study (Request for Statement of Qualifications)

Description: Provide professional services related to hoffer 12mg clearwell (cw) #1 engineering study. The system components to be addressed include water transmission, distribution, pumping, elevated storage and ground storage. Water treatment facilities are not included in the scope for this project; document the current infrastructure condition of cw #1 including any structural and geotechnical testing required to adequately assess the leaks in the tank; work closely with pwc staff to determine the feasibility of comprehensively rehabilitating this clearwell versus potentially replacing or relocating the clearwell. Prepare a report detailing all findings along with recommendations on how to repair or replace cw#1 so that the tank is completely watertight and protects pwc's drinking water. See attached file.
