MDOT STATE HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION 2026–2027 WINTER HIRED EQUIPMENT SNOW REMOVAL/ANTI-ICING SERVICES RFP
The Maryland Department of Transportation, State Highway Administration is soliciting qualified contractors to provide snow removal, anti-icing, hauling, specialty equipment, and related services for the 2026–2027 winter season. Services will be performed on an as-needed basis at SHA maintenance facilities across multiple Maryland counties from November 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027. Contractors must provide compliant equipment and submit required documentation, including insurance, vehicle registration, and applicable inspection records, with equipment owned, operated, and insured by the contractor.
