INSTALLATION ANCHOR BASE Excavation and preparation of the foundation area in accordance with the specified depth, diameter, and soil requirements. Installation and leveling of the anchor-bolt cage, ensuring correct orientation, alignment, and embedment per vendor specifications. Pouring and curing of concrete foundation, following all structural and safety standards. Mounting and securing the pole onto the anchor base once the foundation has reached the required strength. Assembly of all system components, including fixture, arm, battery, and PV module. Installation and securement of the light fixture per manufacturers guidelines. System testing and commissioning to verify correct functionality. Final adjustments of the solar panel, arm, and fixture for optimal performance. Cleaning of the entire system to deliver a professional, ready-to-inspect installation. TECHNICIAN SUPPORT -PROJECT/DESIGN Design and development of all custom components, including frames, supports, anchor systems, and any project-specific structural elements. Technician will perform a detail calculation and develop a comprehensive structural analysis to verify that design meets all project requirements, environmental conditions, and applicable codes. Preparation of detailed drawings and documentation for fabrication and installation. Review and validation by a third-party licensed firm, including the issuance of stamped documents as required for custom or non-standard designs. ON SITE TECHNICIAN -EVALUATION OF LIGHTING Deployment of a Vendor / Manufacturer technician on site to perform a full lighting assessment. Identification and mapping of all existing light poles and fixtures, including GPS coordinates when required. Measurement of current light levels using calibrated equipment to document actual illumination performance. Marking and recording all non-functioning or grid-powered lights to establish baseline deficiencies. Creation of a detailed lighting plan, including mapping of existing conditions and required improvements. Development of a full photometric study using new solar streetlights to achieve the lighting levels required for safety and compliance. Proposal of alternative solutions when site challenges exist (utilities, overhead lines, underground conflicts, obstructions, etc.). Delivery of a comprehensive engineering report summarizing findings, recommended layouts, and performance projections.
