Highway 51 North Sewer Extension From Blue Bell Creameries To East Washington Street

Description: This project includes open cut and trenchless construction of 2,816 LF of 15" PVC, 3,867 LF of 18" PVC, and 344 LF of 20" HDPE gravity sewer along State Highway 51, through the Creek 51 Business Park and south to E. Washington St. The project also includes the demolition and removal of approx. 4,200 LF of existing 8" and 10" gravity sewer and manholes along the proposed alignment south of State Highway 51. The proposed gravity sewer will utilize all existing casings, with new casing being installed under State Highway 51. The project will begin approx. 250 LF east of South 200th East Avenue along East Washington Street and end on the north side of State Highway 51 in front of Blue Bell Creameries. Also included is miscellaneous site work, including but not limited to tree clearing, bypass pumping of sewage from business park customers, reconnecting service lines, seeding, sodding, etc.
