On-Call Hazardous Materials Spill Response Services (Request For Qualifications)
Seeking statements of qualifications from experienced hazardous materials spill response firms (Responders) to provide on-call support to the City. The City intends to identify a qualified firm or firms capable of supporting preparedness, emergency response, containment, remediation, waste handling and disposal, transport, regulatory coordination, and incident-related claims documentation for hazardous-material releases. The initial contract term is anticipated to be one (1) year from the effective date of the contract. If mutually agreed by both parties, the contract may be extended for up to four (4) additional one-year periods, subject to annual appropriation of funds and the terms of the executed contract.
