Harbor Management Manual Re-write (RFP)

Description: Evaluate the current Harbor Management Plan structure, rewrite, and align content to marine industry standards and ensure alignment with all state and federal regulations. The objective is to replace the existing, outdated manual with a clear, concise, accessible, and legally compliant plan. The selected vendor shall perform the following core tasks: Work with the Harbor Management Commission to rewrite and condense the existing manual using plain language and a logical, easy-to-digest format. Ensure the tone is professional, user-friendly, and accessible for all reading levels. Ensure all updated policies align with current local, state, and federal laws, as well as prevailing municipal ordinances. Deliver the finalized manual in an editable format, searchable PDF format, and meet Chesters' web-based content format standards.
