Vegetation Management & Related Products - RFP
The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (DES) is conducting a competitive solicitation (Opportunity/Contract #12225) to procure Vegetation Management & Related Products including herbicides, aquatic herbicides, adjuvants, surfactants, and ornamental products for use by state agencies and municipalities. The contract is organized into three product categories, requires products to be registered with the Washington State Department of Agriculture and carry valid EPA labels, and has an initial three-year term with an option for one additional three-year extension. Bidders must be registered to do business in Washington (UBI, Secretary of State, Dept. of Revenue) and meet specified insurance requirements and other bidder qualifications.
