Hap McLean Park Improvements RFP

Description: Project consists of the demolition of specified existing park improvements and the construction park improvements throughout the park. Demolition scope of work includes removal of existing pavements, utilities to existing buildings, trees, park shelters, baseball field improvements and lighting, salvage and relocation of certain existing playground equipment, and the former pool house and mechanical building. New construction includes site grading, roadway culverts, new roadway and parking lot pavement, new site lighting, new utility services for certain improvements, new dog park, new sport courts, prefabricated park shelters, new playground equipment, two (2) new prefabricated restroom buildings, new sidewalks, new park signage, and a new pond.
