Description: Work will include the installation of a new ductless split system in the elevator control room, the installation of a new sump pump in a new elevator sump pit, and the installation of a new elevator and shaft within the building. The elevator shaft will be 8" reinforced concrete masonry unit walls. The shaft will be located adjacent to an existing load bearing CMU wall. Shoring of the wall will be required for installation of the elevator pit.
