Grounds Maintenance for DSN Admin Building and Homes RFP

Description: Beaufort County is seeking bids for grounds and irrigation maintenance at the Disabilities and Special Needs main office and eleven residential homes throughout Beaufort County. Services include mowing, edging, trimming, litter and debris removal, landscaping, mulching, tree maintenance, weed control, and irrigation-system inspections and repairs. The contract term is one year with options for four additional one-year extensions beginning July 1, 2027, and bids must be submitted electronically by the stated deadline.
