The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a contractor for demolition as well as the installation of a new septic system at Campground on the south end of LaCrosse. There is an existing septic system that has failed that must be demolished and removed prior to installation of the new system. This new system is to be installed at the same site. The work will be done in the spring of 2026 as soon as weather allows.
