Glass Grit Pipe Replacement at Mill Creek REBID
The City of Cincinnati (Department of Sewers) issued an Invitation to Bid for the replacement of glass-lined grit discharge piping at the Mill Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (Mill Creek WWTP). The scope requires removal and replacement of approximately 830 feet of 4-inch glass-lined grit discharge and drain piping and fittings, installation of city-furnished glass-lined pipe and Victaulic couplings, core-drilling concrete, modifying or adding pipe supports, and leak testing; work on each grit tank must reach substantial completion within 21 calendar days and the overall project within about 130 calendar days. Bidders must provide a bid bond equal to at least 10% of the bid, comply with Ohio prevailing wage and site safety plan requirements, and submit by the deadline of August 6, 2026 (see dueTo).
