Summary
On-call gate preventative maintenance and repair services. Contractor will provide the following services: A. On-call repair of the City's various security gates when requested by the City. B. Contractor shall respond to emergency calls within twenty (20) minutes and on-site within two (2) hours, including weekends and holidays, unless otherwise negotiated. C. Contractor shall respond to non-emergency calls within one (1) hour on-site within four (4) hours. D. Contractor shall have and maintain a thorough knowledge of commercial gate systems, electric operators, and rolling/swing gates. See attached file.
