Genotyping Tropical Derived Corn Lines

Description: The USDA Forest Service, through USDA-FS, CSA EAST 8 and in support of the Agricultural Research Service’s Germplasm Enhancement of Maize Project, seeks genotyping services for tropical-derived corn lines. The work includes target-sequencing genotyping, kernel chipping, DNA extraction, library preparation, high-throughput sequencing, quality control, and bioinformatics using established maize SNP panels. This is a special notice of intent to award on a sole-source basis, with responses demonstrating potential competitive benefit due by September 4, 2026, and an anticipated award date of September 28, 2026.
