Anzana Electric Group Limited is soliciting proposals from qualified U.S. firms for a feasibility study to increase hydropower generation and improve electricity distribution supporting mining operations in Lobito Corridor areas of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Zambia. The study covers power generation and distribution assessments, identification of U.S. sources of supply, stakeholder workshops, legal and business planning, and environmental, social, and tender-document work in both countries. The selected firm will be paid in U.S. dollars from a $3,000,000 grant to Anzana from the U.S. Trade and Development Agency, and proposals are due October 26, 2026 at 3:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
