Generator PM & On Call Services for COTA Facilities RFP

Description: COTA seeks a five-year agreement for preventive maintenance, load testing, diagnostics, corrective repairs, and emergency response for six industrial diesel generators at its McKinley Avenue and Fields Avenue facilities. The contractor must provide scheduled manufacturer-standard maintenance, NFPA 110 checks, 100% load-bank testing, itemized reporting, and authorized repairs, and must be OEM-certified or authorized, offer 24/7/365 emergency dispatch with a two-hour arrival requirement, and provide at least a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. The agreement is scheduled to run from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2031, and responses are due November 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern.
