Generator Maintenance RFP

Description: Contractor shall provide qualified maintenance inspectors, labor technicians, equipment, tools, materials, parts, supplies, transportation, supervision, any other items, and non-personal services deemed necessary to perform annual, quarterly preventative maintenance inspections, load-banking, and services for generators. In accordance with Generator Manufacturer (OEM) Maintenance procedures, upon completion of annual or quarterly testing, the resultant paperwork will be supplied to the COR. Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, parts, components, tools, supplies, test equipment, diagnostics, manuals, schematic drawings, facilities, freight, temporary or standby equipment, vehicle usage, travel, mileage, and other necessary items to perform maintenance services to keep the equipment cited within this contract in good operating condition.
