General Services Ambassador Services for Atlantic City Tourism District Program

Description: Highlights of Ambassador Program o Managing a team to assist in creating a secure and welcoming environment to all who frequent the city. Serve as goodwill ambassadors providing information and directions to visitors. Serve as eyes and ears of public service agencies. Interact with business owners for communication and support. Communication of available resources, dining and entertainment opportunities to visitors. Support special events, movies, ribbon cutting, etc. with crowd and vehicle control. Maintain one (1) operation center on the boardwalk year-round (space provided by CRDA). Provide foot patrol or bicycle patrol throughout district. Provide and maintain "train the trainers" that are CPR and AED certified for AED other first aid equipment and techniques. The contractor shall procure and maintain the equipment and certifications of these employees.
