Description: Fresh bread and bakery products. Items include - 270 cases 12 pack size Blueberry Bagel 4oz, sliced, 4 oz Blueberry Bagel, sliced. 100% Enriched Wheat Flour. Credited as 4.00oz. Equivalent of Grains for the Child Nutrition Meal Pattern Requirements. Sodium to not exceed 600 mg per serving. Added sugar not to exceed 10g. Item must be presliced and consistently shaped. Must have a USDA Child Nutrition (CN) label or Manufacturer's Product Formulation Statement (PFS). Preferred if item is freshly baked, but can be frozen; see attached file.
