Description: The Town of Manchester Water and Sewer Department seeks a contractor to replace Siphons No. 1 and No. 3 at the Globe Hollow Water Treatment Plant and repair the associated discharge valves in the trough. Completed work must match the repairs on Siphons No. 2 and No. 4; the Town will drain both sedimentation basins, and the plant will remain operational. Siphon No. 1 is to be returned to service before work proceeds to Siphon No. 3, though sequencing may change to meet operational needs.
