Description: The scope of work includes concrete and paving repairs at the Regional Wastewater Reclamation Facility, including procuring and furnishing all materials and equipment needed to perform the repair work. The Town of Manchester Water and Sewer Department seeks a contractor to replace Siphons No. 1 and No. 3 at the Globe Hollow Water Treatment Plant and repair the associated discharge valves in the trough. Completed work must match the repairs on Siphons No. 2 and No. 4; the Town will drain both sedimentation basins, and the plant will remain operational. Siphon No. 1 is to be returned to service before work proceeds to Siphon No. 3, though sequencing may change to meet operational needs.
