Furnish and Deliver Firefighter PPE

Description: Sealed bids will be accepted below until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 24, 2026: The Illinois Fire Service Institute (IFSI) is requesting bids for personal protective equipment (PPE) for its instructors. The PPE design and material shall provide protection to the upper and lower body, excluding head, hands and feet, against adverse environmental effects during structural firefighting. This is a rebid of 1DDM2710, with modified requirements to 6.2.1.6, 6.2.3.7 and 6.2.3.14. There is no BEP goal for this procurement. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
