FORT PIERCE HARBOR MAINTENANCE DREDGING, ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA RFP

Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intends to issue an unrestricted Invitation for Bid for maintenance dredging of Fort Pierce Harbor, with excavated material placed on Fort Pierce Beach. The project includes environmental and water-quality monitoring, sea-turtle trawl sweeping, screening, beach tilling, beach-fill quality control, construction support, and vibration monitoring, divided into a base scope and two options. The IFB is expected to be issued on or about September 10, 2026, with bids due on or about October 22, 2026, and work completion required by May 30, 2027, with beach operations completed by June 30, 2027.
