Fort Lewis College - Fire Alarm Inspection & Testing (Request For Proposal)

Description: The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation necessary to perform annual inspection, testing, and documentation services for campus fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with NFPA 72, local/state codes, and manufacturer recommendations. Work includes functional device testing, panel/annunciator evaluations, battery and switch inspections, coordinated elevator interface testing, signal verification with central station monitoring, and submitting electronic inspection and deficiency reports within ten calendar days following testing sessions.
