Florida Keys and the Dry Tortugas: Dive Liveaboard
The Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) is seeking a single-source vendor to provide live-aboard vessel services supporting multi-day SCUBA-based marine research and monitoring in the Florida Keys, Marquesas, and Dry Tortugas. The work includes underwater surveys, deployment and retrieval of monitoring equipment, biological sample collection, tagging activities, and logistical support for missions of up to 50 days, with a vessel of at least 80 feet capable of supporting Nitrox diving and at least 10 scientific personnel. The notice is an open procurement for services rather than a grant program, and responses must be received by September 23, 2026, at 6:00 PM ET.
