Description: The Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) is seeking a single-source vendor to provide live-aboard vessel services supporting multi-day SCUBA-based marine research and monitoring in the Florida Keys, Marquesas, and Dry Tortugas. The work includes underwater surveys, deployment and retrieval of monitoring equipment, biological sample collection, tagging activities, and logistical support for missions of up to 50 days, with a vessel of at least 80 feet capable of supporting Nitrox diving and at least 10 scientific personnel.
