Monticello Dry Sludge Building RFP

Description: Project consists of a new post-frame building with the interior wall dimensions measuring 50'x120' with a 12" wall thickness making the exterior dimensions 52'x122'. The interior height is anticipated to be 5' high concrete, and the rest of the building will be post- frame structure on top of the concrete walls. The post-frame structure is to be constructed with 6"x6" wood columns at 8' on center with wood trusses at 4' on center. The exterior is to be metal roof and wall panels over 2 x girts and roof purlins.
