Description: The scope may include, but is not limited to, new construction of a bin wall, L-shaped wall backfilled and supported by H-piles, a wetland living shoreline, T-wall supported by H-piles and pipe piles, 95-foot-wide double swing gate closure at the Norfolk Southern railroad tracks, vehicular gate crossings, and a sheet pile tieback wall.
