Flexible Base Material for NIWTP Levee Road Resurfacing

Description: The U.S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission seeks quotations from qualified small businesses to furnish and deliver up to 10,000 tons of Type ABC Lime aggregate base material to the Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant in Rio Rico, Arizona. The material and delivery must meet the Performance Work Statement requirements, and the contractor must provide the labor, equipment, transportation, supplies, and permits; substitutions or deviations are not accepted. This is a 100 percent small-business set-aside, evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method.
