Building construction consists of a wide-span Pre-Engineered Metal Building and traditional stick-built assemblies with concrete spread footings with CMU foundation walls. The facility consists of a gymnasium and adjacent supporting community, fitness, and administrative spaces. Exterior finishes include aluminum storefront system, metal panels and masonry assemblies.
