Grantsville Community Recreation Center RFP

Description: Project includes existing building demolition, site preparation and construction of a new indoor recreation center building. Building construction consists of a wide-span Pre-Engineered Metal Building and traditional stick-built assemblies with concrete spread footings with CMU foundation walls. The facility consists of a gymnasium and adjacent supporting community, fitness, and administrative spaces. Exterior finishes include aluminum storefront system, metal panels and masonry assemblies. Roofing consists of concealed fastener metal panels. Interior partitions are metal studs with drywall. Interior finishes include painted drywall, polished concrete and multi-use sports flooring. The building includes electrical, communications, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC Systems. Site work includes excavation, asphalt and concrete paving and landscaping.
