The City's Fleet encompasses all sorts of equipment. This causes a daily need for repairs of tires that is often time-consuming and tedious. Best effective way to manage these daily repairs, the City has in the past contracted local vendors for these services. With wide variety of different sizes and kinds of tires, this would be a very expensive cost to the city if it was managed internally.
