Fire Station No. 55 and City Hall Window and Sliding Glass Door Replacement Project

Description: The City of Indian Wells Public Works Department seeks turnkey replacement of seven windows and two sliding glass doors at Fire Station No. 55, and ten windows and two sliding glass doors at City Hall. Work includes measurement, demolition and disposal, preparation of openings, flashing, waterproofing, installation, testing, cleanup, and restoration of affected finishes. The glazing specification calls for double-pane insulated glass with low-e coating and argon fill, targeting an SHGC of approximately 0.25; attendance at the October 22, 2026 onsite pre-bid meeting is required.
