Funded through the 2023 General Obligation Bond Program, the project has an anticipated construction cost of approximately $12 million and a 13% Small Business Enterprise goal.

The new facility will be located between the Naval Air Technical Training Center (NATTC) and East Avenue, just south of the existing 3900-series dormitories on a lot that is primarily a grass field, but in the past was developed as both an airfield and supporting facilities.
