Description: DESIGN-BUILD: Inviting qualified design-builders experienced in the design and construction of elevated water tanks includes replacing functionality of the Owner’s existing elevated tank, which has reached the end of its useful life and does not meet current seismic design standards. The Project will include a new 0.5 MG elevated water tank; a control room, offices, restroom, and server room adjacent to the tank; a new electrical service with backup power; and upsizing existing distribution pipeline segments from 10” to 16” along with new connections to the tank.
