FEDLINK Serials Subscription Management RFP

Description: For the management & fulfillment of serial publications of all types and in all media, including but not limited to: traditional print materials that may be added to the physical holdings of a library or other institution, as well as electronic content hosted remotely by a publisher and related support and electronic access services. Subscription management includes all of the tasks necessary to activate, manage, and maintain both new subscriptions & the renewals of FEDLINK member agencies’ subscriptions to serial publications, both print and electronic. These tasks fall into the following five critical areas: Ordering and renewing subscriptions Serving as a fiscal agent with publishers, including making timely prepayment and processing refunds; Facilitating timely access to, and claiming delivery of ordered subscriptions, both print and electronic; Troubleshooting and resolving end user access issues; Providing reports and other administrative support for serials management.
