Description: Removal and replacement of the HVAC system serving the community corrections building. The work shall include the removal and proper disposal of the existing HVAC equipment being replaced and the installation, connection, startup, and testing of all new equipment. The bidder shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, connections, controls, electrical work, gas connections, refrigerant lines, drain lines, ductwork modifications, lifting or crane services, and other incidental work necessary to provide complete and fully operational HVAC systems.
