Description: Renovation of existing computer lab space in high school into new outpatient clinic. Selective interior demolition includes concrete floor demolition for waste line trenching and select demolition of mechanical and electrical systems in existing space. Interior fit out including concrete floor patching, metal-framed partitions gypsum-board finishes on walls and select ceilings, acoustic tile ceiling system, finished floors (varies), finished casework with solid surface countertops. Plumbing systems include sprinkler system, domestic cold and hot water system, and wastewater system. Mechanical systems include modified heating and cooling systems, direct digital control systems, insulated ductwork for supply and return air, and fire dampers. Electrical systems include electrical circuit panels, power receptacles and interior lighting, fire alarm systems, telecommunications data wiring and receptacles.
